Grow Bags with coir fibre pith (Coco Peat) are popular in most parts of the world because they are more fertilizer responsive then grow bags which use peat rock – wool.
The coir fibre pith Grow Bag has the advantage that is recyclable and therefore retained by farmers to cultivate 2 – 3 crops per year and the fibre is reused for seedling nurseries or as a soil much.

| (A) | Coir Fibre Pith (CFP) is compressed before packing into grow bags purely of purpose of economies of transportation. |
| (B) | The bag isconstructed, 300gauge, Ultra Violet (U.V.) stabilized polythene bag.Black inside and white out side. Trade name of the importer withgrowing instructions would be printed on each bag if so required. Thebag having being packed with the material (CFP Slab) is then vacuumedsealed. |
| (C) | Grow bags are exported on wooden treated pallets. |
| SYSTEM OF USE | |

Grow bags should be laid in line with each other to the extent of the green house. |

Having established this line,3square openings per bag , 10cm *10cm, should be cut on the top of the bag. |
|
Fill the bag with 10-12 liters water at not less 25 C or 60 F, 2-3 Liters at a time. |
|
Distribute to all three openings until the CFP expans |
|
When fully expanded the quality of the decompressed fibre should be 25 – 30 Liters. |
|
By the time the 10- 12Liters of water are added the CFP should be fully expanded into the bagat the height 12 , 15 or 18cm. (Depending on the spec’s.) |

At this point the grow bag is ready for planting. You may use a drip irrigation method for better results. |

To decompressed , add 80 Liters of water at not less than 25C. |

Planter bags are a ready to use, ready made packs that replaces pots. Just add about 3 litres of water & wait for 20 minutes so that the mixture absorbs water & expand to the right level. Then just plant the plant.
Either 100% coco peat or a mixture of peat & chips are typically used
